Thanks for your time John. Grateful for your health. I've suffered from a stroke and just getting back in the groove of training. I've started full body every other day I'm thinking 8 weeks. Probably change to heavy one body part for 8 weeks. I tryed intermittent fasting but that didn't go well with training. Glad you're here. Some of us are not able to afford a personal trainer. Your God sent

Another good one. Trying to keep motivation up, but I go for biceps tendon reattachment surgery tomorrow a.m. Looking at 4 months of rehab. I'm trying to see it as a chance to hit legs hard. Word to the wise: don't pick up heavy stuff with an underhand grip. Just say no to mixed grip deads, tire flips, and most importantly, trying to turn over heavy a$$ boats to get the rainwater out of them. Grab a cup and bail.

Hi John great info ,i only have a bench and free weights at home nothing else and love shoulder training ,i will try this routine this week ,the military press against the wall looks a great way to keep good form . thanks john stay safe Rob .

Good stuff bruh I was neglecting rear delts for a while there but hit them last night and am going to try and hit them a few times a week from now on. Really easy muscle to neglect or forget about but makes so much difference to the overall shape of your boulders when you don't.

This is ridiculous! My delts hurt from watching you roll that up the wall! In all seriousness though, there was a workout I used to do for delts, it was almost like the first workout you did in the video, however, I’d add a third round of sets and do like a jumping jack motion with my arms but slow, if that makes any sense. Great content as always John!

John, I’ve struggle over the years with overhead as well. I’d recommend giving it a go with an EZ curl bar and see how you like the feel of that

My gym wouldn’t have me rolling plates on the wall lol but i could alternate with standing military presses or dumbbell clean and presses with a neutral grip . Great video

I started doing isometric holds using a band. Basically I use the band as handcuffs and try to get my arms out as far as I can. It's like doing it in a door frame but you can actually progress it objectively somewhere. Also looks great for instagram pictures haha

I'll be hitting this routine tonight in my home gym. Unfortunately my basement isn't accommodating to the wall press so I may just have to do regular barbell press or maybe even use bands.
