Who needs bigger rear delts? I know that most of you if not all said yes. In this video, we do a giant set that will just crush your rear delts. This workouts can be done twice a week. I like to do it with chest. This rear delt workout will give you a nasty pump. Give this a try and let me know how your rear delts felt.

Hey mate. I'm looking at buying one of your programs. Problem is I'm in lock down ATM because of covid so only have bench press and dumbbells. What program would you recommend. Been training hard for a year and a half and am 41 years old.

John, I just did 4 rounds of this giant set (yes, my wife says I overdo everything). The pump that I got off of these is unbelievable. I’m going to be using this long term to grow my underdeveloped rear delts. THANK YOU!

This is perfect timing, was just looking for Delt video whilst drinking pre, was going to rewatch one your older shoulder videos but this was recommended! Especially with my posterior delt losing its pop during quarantine...always great content and now you are clairvoyant!

Great video man, I love hitting rear delts. Always great to add more exercises into the arsenal. Personally I like hitting rear delts flies and superset with either tricep kickbacks or bent over high rows, usually fries my rear delts. But definitely gonna try these out. As always great video. Ever since I took your advice on starting back training with rear delts, I've never trained any other way. Really opens up the upper back musculature, gets me nice and warmed up for barbell rows.

I tried this routine today (substituting a Bodylastics band row using the Bodylastics curl bar and a heavy band around a post for the barbell row, which made 3 of my 4 exercises band exercises). I loved this routine and found an additional benefit to the dumbbell partial swings: the short range of motion is easy on a shoulder with impingement issues. Thanks, John.

I did this. OMG I had never seen my rear delta pumped so big. It made my shoulders look fantastic! Honestly, my favourite shoulder workout. Thank you now I just need your T shirt lol

Wide grip bent over rows make my rear delts grow like no other. What a great exercise. I'm definitely going to try this rear delt circuit next time I train

I have just tried this at home, no barbell though. I use the band and 10lb dumbbells. Even without doing the barbell work it was tough and my delts were on 🔥, nice workout Mr Meadow!!! 💪🏻

Since I LIKE to do Chest on Sundays. Then Back on Fridays... I'm thinking??? That Sets resembling THIS,,,, Weaved thru my Chest Day. Then END my Back session on Friday,,, with a GOOD, Hard just One round of THIS... IS something I'll START this Friday!!! Since I Already DID Chest for this Week!!! THANKS again John!!!!

I love your videos, John. Your tips and tricks have helped me tremendously. Also, I just tried your pre workout for the first time and it's the only one I've tried that doesn't hurt my stomach. I've had Ulcerative colitis since 2013 and haven't been able to find a pre workout that my digestive system can handle. Knock on wood I think I found the last pre workout I will ever use.

Thanks for this tip. I have had severe Crohn's disease for 5 years now, and many supplements bother me as well. It makes sense that John's products are gut friendly, considering he almost died from extreme problems in that area. I trust Mr. Meadows implicitly, although I've not yet tried Granite Supplements. Guess I should start. 👍

I do 4 sets of reverse pec deck and 4 sets of rear delt raises with dumbbells kneeling against a bench, twice a week after my back exercises. 16 sets total per week. I do the band pullaparts every day during warmup.
