Homie just causally benched 300lbs crazy. I found your videos last year with your hair care, which helped me tame my rough curly hair. Keep it up!

Thank God this went the way it did. I really love how evidence-based your routine is. In my head, I was thinking, like, "I swear, if this man says sunscreen's dangerous or seed oils blah, blah," but no. You were evidence-based based listening to the credible experts. People underestimate the philosophical/epistemological aspects of science, so it's great to see you apply the same skills of catching bs and going straight to what's effective in humans you use for trichology here in health sciences. It's so cool you follow evidence based creaters too. On insta, you can see what people you follow "like," and I see you like a lot of PhDs I follow and it shows you're truly understand what and are applying what they say 🤓

My friend Durango ,we are 48, who does everything right including eating mostly weird foods to his diet,owns a gym , always exercising , drinks mostly water , in great shape is afraid of the 4 years as a teen when he smoked cigarettes will one day catch up to him even though he is like you an example and model of fitness . One thing he never drank , never touched liquor or beer. I had a very rare drink or glass of wine a few times but I can probably count on both hands and and toes how many drunks I have had . I never smoked but I have health issues rheumatoid arthritis a blood and kidney issue . My middle son has inherited my bad health at a younger age than when I started getting sick .

Can you do a video on where you get the tretinoin and how you apply it?
@TravWhiteStyle3 ай бұрын
I linked to where I get it in the description. It’s from Musely. I can definitely do an application video

Retinol / Tretinoin began in the 1980’s for teenagers ( like myself at the time ) with severe acne.

Do you double cleanse both in morning and at night? Also do you use BHA and retinol on the same day?
@TravWhiteStyleАй бұрын
I only double cleanse at night. Chemical exfoliants in the morning, tretinoin at night.

Stupid question, but what if I don't want to have protein shakes as intake ? What if say, I use milk, as alternative ? (FYI, I'm not into those gym bulk monsters, just want to have some decent size + slightly bigger arms )
@TravWhiteStyle3 ай бұрын
Protein is protein! Get it how you wish. The benefit I see from supplementing it is that the powders are more macro friendly. I can get 28g from 140 cals where as with milk I’d only get at 8g in 140 cals

Isn't kind of unsafe to bench press so close to your 1RM without a spotter? The lowest I ever go when training free weights is 5 reps.

Somethings for longevity make sense; e.g not smoking and not drinking to the point of liver cirrhosis, but everything else is pointless bs. Just eat well, sleep well, take some supps, lift weights, go outside for a walk daily. And life will be good. And junk food isn't gonna hurt you.
