well this video is actually what I need now. I think my hair isn't thick as before. and when I checked what you said, I think I'm on the boat you left. I'm drinking less water, eating less protein, sleeping around 5 hours separated in the late morning and sunset. and no need to talk about 232 lbs. so thank you Trav💙 I will recreate the whole world for a healthy hair😂 I have lifestyle to change, I think.

I also see drastically faster/better hair growth when I am very active gym-wise (at least 6 times a week) and get 200g+ protein a day + Omega 3s (and other supplements but especially those 2).

So you’re telling me, who has been eating 2 meals a day for 3 years, to eat (accurately) more first before using an “outside” product. Thx for your take on this, will definitely try to change my habits

where can I find a hairstylist like that? Like how would I know they know THAT much about male hair? I haven't been to a barber or hairstylist in over 6 years because of my extensive and intrusive trust issues stopping me from even trying to ask around and test shit out. Also being misinformed by other sources online has not helped me with that at all.

Barbers and Stylists are trained slightly differently. Barbers are typically trained to style shorter men’s hair and beards with razor precision. Salon stylists are trained to assess longer hair health, cuticle damage, coloring, etc. Not saying some barbers don’t also know those things but the specialty’s are slightly different

Today I suddenly started shedding like crazy while oiling. That was unusual and scary! Hairs were coming off in bunches, like uprooting grasses from the lawn. I think I'm going to shave off my head.
@TravWhiteStyle
@TravWhiteStyle Жыл бұрын
Oil or conditioner doesn’t cause shedding. It’s likely you had already shed hairs stuck amongst your other hair, and the oil pulled them out. It’s common to see a lot of hairs shed when you oil or condition if you don’t do it daily because your hair sheds daily.

Hey Trav, I've only discovered your channel today but there's already been a lot of helpful tips and things I've come to realize thanks to your videos. With that in mind I've been wanting to ask somebody with knowledge and experience regarding hair. I take daily cold showers, always washing my hair in the process. Am I harming / causing long lasting damage to my hair??

Frontal hair line recession is partly due to frontal fibrosing or the mechanical physical scalp changes which is rooted in the lipid-immune system of the forehead being inflamed.Can we use Jade hair roller for resurrecting frontal hair follicles?

Your hair not only looks thicker, it is also much curlier. Is this due to hair product or is it the lifestyle change?

Wondered if you could answer a quick question please? I’m 44, and an early Norwood 2. I’ve been told I could take 0.25mg finasteride 3x per week if I want to be sure of holding on to my hair. I’m worried I start taking it though and it’s unnecessary or it make my hair shed when I’ve never really experienced shedding. Do you think that’s good advice or would it be best to just wait a while longer and see what happens? I saw your video where you talked about it being normal to have little hairs in the temples and this made me second guess whether I’m actually balding. I’m not thin anywhere else.

It dries my shit out so bad, but I have to use to daily I have super oily scalp. Any tips on conditioner? Maybe something with volume since my hair is flat.

IMHO - animal or whey protein is best source because it’s denser, complete amino acid source, low carb, and lean

@@TravWhiteStyle isn't that too much , the minimum level is around 0.8g per kg of Body weight right ? 210lb = 95 kg . So you would need around 90 - 100 g per day , right? Am I wrong?

@@gokul9284 sup guy with a sports degree here there's always a bit of debate and leeway when it comes to max protein intake per lbs/kg but the general consensus for the average professional athlete is a max of 1.1g per pound per day any more than that and the body generally can't properly absorb and make use of it

@@gokul9284 Naah, you're supposed to eat between 0.8- 1 gram of protein per pound, So if you weigh 210, you should be eating between 168 grams to 210 grams. For you, that would be 105g to 132g.
