1. Keto Meatball Bites
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or pork
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions:
Mix ground meat with shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Form into small 1-inch meatballs.
Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
