EGT I've been using your program for i think nearly 4 months. Before that I was already considered one of the best players for my under 14s team but I was averaging around 12 points. Using EGT at the end of the season I averaged 14 points and got my game high in points with 20. Our new season has started and i'm now in the under 16s team while only being 13 years old. about 2 weeks ago I reached my career high scoring an amazing 50 POINTS!!! and I thank it all to you guys.

@@moonwolf8470 thanks for checking up on me bro. I live in Perth Australia so we don't have AAU or anything like that but I got a basketball scholarship start of last year at the private school with the best basketball program and it has been great to be able to play basketball as a subject. We were meant to go overseas to Asia and to the eastern states but Covid has stopped that. I also joined my first Wabl team last year (Western Australian Basketball League). I haven't been the star on the teams but I'm gradually getting more and more game time and have turned from being a pure slasher to a lockdown defender who's also a good 3 way scorer.

0.49 - 2 leg pounds then smooth Motion at full speed, high and soft. 1:48 - same foot same hand lay up. When doing a lay up just jump of the one leg without the second step jump from side of free throw line . 2:55 - keep ball by other side of your head, then you jump but keep it at the same position then come in with a lay up.

@DeepGameBasketball7 жыл бұрын
You need to slow down. I know that sounds simple but it's one of the toughest skills to learn. Slowing down doesn't mean play slowly, it means slowing the game down to where you don't continually over dribble, or dribble yourself into trouble, or make bad passes or mistakes in general. Learning this comes with time and experience and playing. But be mindful of slowing down and watching other players and their moves and how they navigate the D. - Joe @ TeamEGT

I'm a little confused on the contact one. So do I take one dribble pick up the ball and hop into the contact or do like a hop step into it? Or is it a one two step? Cuz it looked like a hop into a hop
@DeepGameBasketball7 жыл бұрын
It's a 1-2 into a hop which produces the contact with the big and then the finish. - Joe @ TeamEGT

It's highly likely because you'd be able to absorb more contact while maintaining more balance in order to get off a better shot. Check out our performance playlist: kzbin.info/aero/PL_lbgVkHBMRMTNZoiAvDcYQ6J-ldFPww5 - Joe @ TeamEGT

Coach I have this program that I’ve pretty much always been a slashing wing and I’m good at driving and finishing inside. But I wanted to expand my game so I started practicing my jump shot a lot and now in training I can easily train Midrange shots and I have a decent 3pt shot. My problem is that in games I always drive in and rarely take jumpers and when I do I tend to score them. How do I make shooting a bigger part of game without having to think about shooting the ball as that wastes time
@DeepGameBasketball6 жыл бұрын
Take a shooting more outside mentality to practice and to pick games. - Joe @ TeamEGT

Floaters are tough unless you have an open lane to drive head-on towards the hoop. But if, like in most situations, you have a defender stuck to your hip, you'll usually be driving in with you body at an angle, which means that you'd have to do some pretty funky acrobatics to get off a decent floater.
