Yeah I agree but, the benefit of it is you can buy it and leave it in there for months at a time without worrying about it going bad and its probably cheaper than fresh spinach... as a broke person, always looking to get stuff for cheaper and still get good flavor

Just made this for my wife. The avocado oil makes all the difference! I always used olive oil prior to this. The twice baked potatoes were the star of the show! I added a little crispy bacon and some cheddar crumbles. They came out perfect. My wife hated spinach until last night. Your creamed spinach was "heavenly" according to her. She also loved the lettuce wedge salad and now wants the all the time. I think I've created a monster... Going to try your hangover burrito tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Sam, the cheese you used on the potatoes was BRIE (pronounced BREE). It is a French style "soft-ripened" cheese that has a RIND (the part you scooped out the insides from). It is NOT Alouette or Boursín; those are processed cheese spreads and have NOTHING to do with what you used (other than having cheese in them). Keep the great content coming, and your welcome! 😉

The absolute perfect combo for me would be the Filet with the creamed spinach and twice baked potato. Perfection.

Hey Sam! My son, Max, and I love your show! Congratulations on becoming a grandfather. You said the baby is giant. Max my son, was 10 pounds, 5 ounces. Anyway, I actually have a tip for you...when draining spinach or shredded zucchini or foods like that, don't ruin your kitchen towels. Use a potato ricer instead. (Recommendation by Laura Vitale)
