Can you share a fight conditioning workout for 2 min bare knuckle boxing? Because it's 2 minutes and very faster burst than normal boxing, I think it's like a street fight...How we should do workout this type match ? A lot of boxer and mma fighter gas out in 2 min why ? I wanna keep going 2 min very high pace and hard fighting.... How should we do strenght and conditioning workout.. Thank you..
