Great video and explanation.

You should do like a 20-30 min long form video with tips on different serves. I learned my cut serve watching your videos and my friends have trouble doing anything other than a block return on it so thank you for that lol.

Also I’m from the country and never played serious table tennis. I just play a lot with my friends and according to them I learn fairly quick and I definitely love it. But that’s why some of my “lingo” probably isn’t proper btw lol

@@Blastmo a lot of things could be done at home, without a table, just a racket and a ball. Feeling the ball on the racket, how it bounces of it, catching it with a racket is absolutely fundamental. If you wish to grow rapidly, just have a ball and a racket by your side at all times and just bounce that ball, doing every excercise possible, just to feel the relationship between the ball and the racket. your wall at home is also your good friend! Just bounce the ball between the wall and the racket, a grea excercise to get control. Good luck and remember, to be a pro at something or to succeed rapidly you need to be literally obsessed with it!
best weapon in my game i dont usually do it under the table but still ppl have diffculty picking it

Okay, but...... The 'misdirection' clearly indicates that you've put spin on the ball. As such, your opponent has a 50/50 chance of guessing which way the ball will kick. However, if you don't do any misdirection, your opponent may not realize that you've put alot of spin on the ball. It will appear as a normal lob shot. They won't be expecting it to kick in any direction. So no matter which direction to the ball kicks, you win the point. So the bottom line is: be sure to hit the ball below the table and forget the misdirection.

But if you give no indication of spin, they'll play closer to the center and have a better chance of fielding spin in either direction, no? The misdirection then is to make sure they're out of position on the wrong side of the table.
