So happy to finally find the cure to my plantar fasciitis after years of PT. A tennis ball lower back fixed it immediately! Lower back is an injury from a Horse years ago. Definitely getting a new PT guy after being amazed by this 3-part series.

Great video and very tough stretches as I'm in a lot of pain today in the PF.... so tons of stretching is needed! (tight calves, and old back ache)

There are a few components to curing for plantar foot. One place I found which successfully combines these is the Fergs Foot Formula (check it out on google) without a doubt the no.1 resource that I've heard of.Check out all the unbelievable information .

Hey Guys! Great series! Very greatful for this. How many times per week should I be doing the exercises in this video? Also, the mobility part from part 2. Do I do this every day? How many times per day?

Thanks so much for the highly informative video! I am dealing with plantar fasciitis in my right foot that won't go away. I had hoped that new running shoes and special socks would do the trick. They helped but the pain still persists.

Great Videos. For the first mobility exercise to open up hip, how long do you hold stretch, and/or how many rounds of stretch?

It's always good to hold each stretch for about 2 minutes per leg to see change.

It a greatly helped in understanding my problemetic part of the leg..THE ANKLE JOINT Thanks alot.... But the specified stretch gives a lot of pain... F continued.. Wil t lessen the pain?

It can be painful to start mobilizing the foot and getting function back. Keep at it and it will likely get better!
