"Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob."

Thank you for letting us know. I'm actually relieved because I thought you had a stroke. When I was learning massage they taught us that massage can break up and smooth out scar tissue. We also did massage directly in the mouth for speech issues. (Gloved, of course) Maybe something like that could help you. I hope you are feeling better with those nasty cysts gone. And try not to feel bad about slurring your words. Your speech is improving. I'm sure it will continue to improve. And we love you either way. Hugs.

Suddenly having knee pain with no prior or recent trauma can simply be due to something you ate . Sugar is the reason when I get knee pain. I can't have cane sugar ever, but sometimes orange juice does it. I'm back in shape when I eliminate the sugar. Just drink water for awhile to lower sugar and acid levels. Knowing that can save you a trip to the doctors. Guard your knees if they start slipping out of place due to sugar. In a couple of days, they will be better.
@JustBreathewithRachelGreene3 жыл бұрын
Wow, interesting! Your knee responds that quickly to the inflammatory properties of sugar. What about white bread or rice?

@@JustBreathewithRachelGreene I have the same effect with inflamation throughout my body from orange juice and sugar. I don't have white bread at all. In fact, I rarely have gluten because it does the same to me. But for whatever reason, my body really likes white rice. Brown rice doesn't agree with me. But for me, white rice is great. I hope that helps. Hugs

I've always thought that it takes 2 full minutes of gentle stretching to achieve any physiological lengthening of the muscle fibers...but you have to start holding the stretch at the first engagement of the fascia. And I find quadriceps strengthening to be much more important than quadriceps stretching. How about you?

Thanks but one question when i run i always get knee pain Any tips?
@Billy_Bull_Sheeter3 жыл бұрын
I had an op on my knee due to a torn meniscus. I tried to put it off for as long as I could but the knee was locking and was very painful. I tried exercises which helped a little but didn't get rid of the locking or the pain, so in I had no choice but to go for the op which was key hole surgery to remove the tear. It was fine for a few months but now, a few months later, I have noticed what I can only describe as a small pocket of gel, maybe liquid, on the top of my knee cap. It's not painful but I can feel it if I touch it. It's like a small soft gel pack about 2 inches in size. Anyone have any idea what it could be.?
@kmw43593 жыл бұрын
I did that second one for years except that I stood and leaned back against the bed instead of a chair . Then out of the blue, I started getting really sharp pain from the hamstring whenever I did this. Haven’t found a good solution for it - I used to be very limber.

Hello beautiful people. Just want to remind everyone Jesus loves you and that he will be coming soon for his children. But, if you are reading this, you have this time to get ready and prepare yourself for his GRAND return. Give your heart to Jesus today while there is still time. When he returns it will be too late. Proverbs 1: 24 & 28 Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me. Blessings
