I wish they would sell packs of vitamins and herbs in required doses for each disease such as Diabetes, Fatty liver, Kidneys, Lungs, Heart etc. They do sell these for IBS, and Lupus. This would be so helpful.

That’s a fantastic idea! Pre-packaged, disease-specific vitamins and herbs would make it so much easier for people to manage their health. It could save time, reduce confusion, and help ensure the right dosages. Hopefully, more companies will consider this approach in the future! 🌿

If you have kidney cysts (benign) and kidney stones, it’s important to approach lemon water, green tea, or other remedies with caution and consult your doctor. Here's a general guide: Lemon Water Potential Benefits: Lemon contains citric acid, which can help prevent certain types of kidney stones (like calcium oxalate stones) by increasing citrate levels in the urine. Caution: If your stones are uric acid-based or your doctor has advised you to avoid acidic foods, discuss lemon water with them first. Green Tea with Ginseng and Ginger Potential Benefits: Green tea contains antioxidants and may have mild diuretic effects, which could support kidney function. Caution: Ginseng and ginger may interact with certain medications or aggravate existing conditions. Use sparingly and only with medical advice. General Advice Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water is the most important thing for managing kidney stones and cysts. Limit Oxalates: Foods high in oxalates (like spinach, rhubarb, or excessive tea) can contribute to stone formation. Monitor Sodium: Reduce salt intake to minimize kidney stress. Always consult your healthcare provider before introducing new remedies, especially with kidney conditions. They can tailor advice to your specific health needs.
