How much is the coaching, why do I have to go through everyone's stupid funnel to find a price? I've already invested 10,000s of dollars into coaching why will this one be different?

Another confirmation Clark! 4 yrs ago, I called the realtor, listed the house, packed up & left 3 weeks later to hit the road...2 weeks later, found the right house in the right place & started a whole new life. Looking back at pictures of the old me & the new me...I look 15 yrs younger, love my new life and life has mostly been good to me inspite of all the trauma I went thru the year before! GOYA and do it!

The part about looking back at old pictures and thinking, 'wow, I'm not that person anymore' is so true! I've lost around 25 pounds and kept it off for years now without struggle 🙌🏼 Also, your bookshelf is very impressive Clark 📚

Great video Clark! Agree with you...if you think too much you will be stuck in your thought loop. Just because we are conditioned to see a specific type of beauty as beautiful, doesn't mean that only that specific type is beautiful. If you genuinely see yourself as beautiful from the inside out, others will look at you in the same way, because the world reflects your perception back to you. Peace, love and joy to everyone reading my comment❤️❤️❤️

The moving hit me 100. I’ve been wanting to move for 3 yrs now. I think it’s seeking permission to do this as well.

Great informative and insightful video Clark, so glad I came upon your channel. You touched on some major points of emphasis here 1. Identity Shift 2. Making Decisions and Adapting As You Go 3. Get Over Analysis Paralysis. 4. Give Yourself Permission 5. What is the next version of you you want and what gaps do you fill to get there

Changing habits requires you to replace it with a new routine. Better yet one that keeps you too engrossed or busy to think about the bad habit.

It's so funny that you mentioned the person who has lost weight, because I basically said everything you did! I had bariatric surgery over 3 years ago & have lost 170 pounds. And I do look at my previous photos & say, "Wow.... I'm not that person anymore in anyway," because the mind shifts as well as the body. I had also made the quick decision. I had some very painful complications after the surgery & I said to myself, "This was crazy; but I chose to have this done to myself. So if I'm gonna be in this much pain today, I better make it worth it tomorrow & stick with it." And I have not gained the weight back, despite being told I probably would. And I agree wholeheartedly to let go of your past. You need to drop that chain or you can't move forward. The weight of the past can just be too damn heavy.
@timnichols77603 жыл бұрын
The high school reunion analogy makes perfect sense! I moved across the country a couple of years ago because I knew that I couldn't redefine myself where I had lived all of my life. People will (unintentionally) DRAG you back to who they defined you as from knowing you for decades. It's like the movie "Best Friends" with Ryan Reynolds. Lol!
@mgregory223 жыл бұрын
That's a great book and Maxwell Maltz was a great researcher. These ideas are actually present in Yogic culture, where identity (Ahankara) is one of the four dimensions of the mind. Whatever you identify with is what directs the intellect (Buddhi) to work towards its survival. The intellect is merely a survival tool and is a slave to the identity you've taken. Sadhguru talks a lot about this.

I have a problem with quiting weed. I have a good job and weed doesn't interfere that much in my life, and worst of all, it's legal now (canada). I really want to quit smoking it. Thank you I will follow your advice.
@IAMTHEKINGOFME3 жыл бұрын
You can do it if u really want to. It’ll happen if you really want to. I couldn’t even eat or go on with a regular day without weed. I haven’t smoked weed in almost 2 years. I quit before that but started back bc I was hanging with people in no longer hang with. I wanted to quit and it weighed heavy to the pin t I just…. Quit. Don’t miss but I’ve thought about it. Tell yourself aloud that u want to quit. Tell God. Keep it in mind even as u smoke. You’ll find yourself without. You can start small by smoking half now half later. Puff one time and put it out. Put water in place of the thought. Either way if u really want to it’ll happen.
@orangeslicemoon3 жыл бұрын
Something I learned in my own journey (including quitting weed) was to figure out the main PROS & CONS of quitting vs smoking. If you figure out that list of reasons, and maybe even keep it as a reminder for yourself to stick to your goal/values, you might find it easier to remember WHY you’re quitting and why that’s important to you. Good luck :)

This is so helpful because I feel like I have been conditioned to ask for permission on several things but now I say instead of “can I do this, may I do that … etc” I say “I am doing this, I will do that” and in doing so I always get what I want 🧜🏻♂️🌊🐬

You gotta watch out for people dragging you down, period. Past, present, future people who feel insecure will often subconsciously and consciously work to hold you back. Kelly, you said it first what you need to do. Now you need to make that decision. You think they won’t love you anymore. You need to let go and just do it. Resentment will start to set in because it is the right thing to do. You need to make decisions for your life not the other way around.
