Australia... A tropical paradise. But the oceans surrounding this island continent conceal sinister undercurrents. These pristine waters are home to some of the deadliest creatures known to man.
The Freshwater Crab duels with Tiger Leeches. It is a struggle to the death, with only one victor.
The Peacock Mantis Shrimp is a puny pugilist with a ferocious attitude. Unaware of the mantis shrimp’s presence, the crab strays close. Too close.
The Giant Triton is one of the ocean’s largest sea snails. The crown of thorns starfish seems to be one of its favorite foods. Giant tritons have developed a tolerance to the starfish’s toxins, and their saliva contains a paralyzing agent.

I don't think you understand how easy this is? Use a trope and increase the speed until you start talking about the next thing then end music....then the longer you go the more loud music you play then once again stop talking and quicken the rhythm....I could say that sentence to the tune of jaws and it will have...."suspense"

Murky water and tons of dead leaves, debris, variety of rocks. That does not look like a fish tank, looks natural. Even if it is a controlled environment, the crab did hunt the leech at first, though it succumbed eventually. That looks fair. Besides, according to the narration, this feed would be good up to a year for the leech. IDK, looks like circle of life.

I mean, sick aquarium, but are we sure this actually happens in the wild? Do they really live in the same places in the world and predate on each other? I think its ok for a documentary to be filmed in aquariums as long as it reflects nature, and i would like to think that this is the case here. (i'm not a karen or a boomer, i just genuinely care about these animals)

I've seen a national geo about the same leach vs crab...so hopefully is legit. You should Google the species and check

It's not just an aquarium, it's a biotope aquarium and yes it reflects nature because every single materials and biotes were picked from it's original habitate. Many underwater documentaries use this technique I believe

The second case wasn't "messing with the wrong opponent." It was getting jumped, marine style.

The first one, crab vs leeches was a smash n' grab casing. The second one was the crab getting jumped. The third was a foot chase to a highjacking. The entire animal kingdom is just thugs trying to make to make a living (survive).
