Thank you for wonderful videos.. i would like to ask if i get hungry, can i have a glass of milk by 9 pm.. Although we are having dinner early since years, sometime i miss too due to gur issues i have. Pls guide .

Strictly speaking - No. However, milk does contain something called tryptophane that can help you get better sleep.

Hi i have been suffering from Restless Legs Syndrome and Anxiety and if i do not take medication (Ropark) then it will not even me to lie down to get sleep due tingling sensations and jerks... Due to this getting into anxiety as soon as it hits evening.. pls suggest

I am not a doctor - for this you should consult a good ayurveda or homeopathic doctor. Restless legs can be an indication of a lot of deep unresolved emotional issues. You will need to eradicate these - easiest, most effective way is to learn and practice meditation - Sudarshan Kriya from the Art of Living could help a lot.
