Hey man! I was wondering what dynamic mic you would recommend (200$ budget) for gaming. I tried the AKG D5 but i felt it didnt have the presence i needed or wanted... My voice is kinda bassy and dark in a way? Cheers!

Hey, the RE320 is a great option in that price range, It retails for $300 but you can always find it for about 189 on ebay. The Audio-Technica ATR2100, Shure S7B the Shure SM57 and the Shure SM58 are also a few dynamic mics within that price range.

@@FranklinReid_ Thank you so much for the fast reply! Ive checked all of thoose mics and yes the re320 sounds awesome! I will try to see if i can find it discounted. What do you feel about the behringer xm8500? i know its VERY cheap but ive seen people compare it to the shure sm7b

yea no problem, i'm not very familiar with that microphone but I know behringer and they make good stuff. . I've seen some amazing sound come out of very affordable hardware so don't let the price scare you away.

My plug and play Blue yeti isn't capturing the music from my phone when I plug it in only my vocals through TikTok live. Shouldn't it be picking up my music too?

interesting challenge, you are plugging the output of your smart phone into what a line in on ur mic? or are u just playing audio outloud ?
