Whatever you apply on the skin will not help you , because your skin cannot be treated easily since it has 7 layers.whatever you take internally will help you a lot so have a multivitamin tablet which has Zinc, niacinamide, vitamin b,c and d.Taking this regularly will help you. And also keeping yourself hydrated is very important so drink lot of fluids.Then applying sunscreen will protect your skin barrier by preventing breaking down of collagen that occurs due to harmful sunrays.

Great vdo. I just dab some Bioderma Sensibio Micellar water on cotton and wipe my face. It removes all dirt and excess oil accumulated through out the day. Keeping skin moisturized and hydrated

Use 3 spoons of aloevera gel with 5 spoons of jojoba oil ,4 drops of tea tree oil ,4drops of rosheip oil mix all it together until it will turn like form and use this cream before going to bed aloe soothens and cure irritation and tea tree oil will help removing killing acne bacteria and rosheip hydrats and soothens jojoba is good for all skin types good for acne problems you can store this in the refrigerator up to an month use this cream you can see the difference soon 💙
