No way. You can do it. I mean, I tried today for the first time, and I have done, and trust me, I am not strong enough. You just need a strong friend. This friend will do all the hard job. So do it. 😀

This was very helpful! but about the third one. I'm not the point where I can easily just fall into a backbend. Any tips?
@esmerelda_darling7 жыл бұрын
@JosephineKennedyvlogs its actually very important too find a good way of faling out of a handstand that suits you, just incase.becuase everyone falls when they are learning. you can try keeping the arms planted on the floor and twisting your body round to one side until your feet land. or bending one arm to a side roll. Practice them on a soft space until you have a comfortable bail. im sure if you search for a tutorial of how to safely fall out of handstand you'll find something helpful :) its about finding whats right for you
