Im taking on fredick county md planning and permits dept , for lieing and issuing citations for staying in a area the same county employee whos the zoning administrator told us we could stay as long as in compliance then 2 weeks later hands everyone fines for doing what he said we could , i cant wait , if they lie on the stand its perjury which in my state carries a max of 10 years in prison . Everyones like why not get an attorney i have 3 legal teams assisting me in prepping my case and exhibits for evidence,that alone is 2000 . Without them coming to court , plus if i can win it will put a message out there for them to stop harrassing and lieing to members of the public . If i have a lawyer win for me its nothing to them .

No law firm will help someone without financial resources to sue someone who is broke no matter how heinous and aggressive the defamation is. Without money, you have no voice. Period. Pro se is the only option.

I need a video for representing myself in a criminal case,, for example I was unlawfully arrested in my own backyard for refusing to ID,, I have the body cam footage that proves my innocence and incriminates the officers,, but how do I show the evidence?

@@cstonelaw What do I do about mass corruption? Cops falsified two reports, and they with my lawyers twice destroyed/tampered with 911 evidence exonerating me of a purported threat and implicating the criminals who've committed federal mortgage fraud, and financial elder abuse, by stealing my 6,000,000 court-ordered home they're all running cover for! I stupidly pointed out statements by the straw buyer so they edited 6 minutes from the body of the call and the ending. They're also withholding utilities and mail in my late BFs sons name proving he owns my home of 8 years in the straw buyer's name I have unenforced court orders to. DA claims it is a civil matter to steal an old lady's home, then stalk and terrorize her, and all the other heinous crimes they've committed. I've never had a ticket here in 15 years, why they're targeting me so viciously I have no idea. I've seen others threaten to kill someone on tape charged with misuse of a phone! Every lawyer initially lies, promising to present the truth, steals my money, and then refuses to admit the evidence they retain, further sabotaging me. I'm homeless in an airbnb as a result of this fraud perpetrated upon me at 67, after being a homeowner for life. If it were legal, why are they ALL lying, destroying/tampering with, and withholding evidence! I have forensic expert evidence of the above! I'm also admittedly stalked by these criminals and the corrupt cops 24/7 nationwide after outing their corruption! I have no choice but to represent myself! I have a Trombetta motion, presenting my forensic expert report and others of the life-threatening assault and ongoing harassment I'm enduring. I was also drugged, fainted repeatedly, suffered a serious TBI and hip injury, and have repeated break-ins everywhere I move trying to elude these predators to no avail, my cars are chronically vandalized, my bank account was hacked to closure and all devices are too! None of these atrocities occurred until I presented proof of this massive fraud! I am an educated, innocent, law-abiding, very successful elderly real estate investor and they obviously want my money! I should get a dismissal based on destroyed evidence. I can't afford to be robbed by more lawyers, so am forced to represent myself! Plus, 141 PC is a felony carrying 2-5 for officers of the court and law. It's bad enough being robbed of my home, stalked and tortured to death, and now maliciously framed! Thank you in advance for your advice.
