When “ practicing?” it’s not how many shots but the quality. Work on form. Stand tall back straight. Feet in PROPER position. Hips toward the target because this will be important to line up your body so at full draw everything is in a line to the target. Get your elbow BEHIND you to the point it feels awkward? This sets you up to pull with your back muscles to cause the elbow to go straight back. Like this guy in this video. See how his elbow is in the CORRECT position. NEVER PURPOSELY ACTIVATE the release by punching the button or the trigger or quickly jerking on a hinge. If the whole draw cycle doesn’t feel and fit 100% right CAREFULLY LET DOWN! Never go ahead and improperly fire the shot. This is NOT POSITIVE FEEDBACK TO YOUR BRAIN. Start the entire shot sequence over. Mentally talk yourself through the cycle before you draw and as you draw. This helps to solidify the process in your mind. Eventually, believe it or not, your brain and body will NOT accept you doing something wrong. Do you ever miss your mouth with a fork full of food? No. The brain has subconsciously learned where and when that fork is suppose to be. Repetition is why. Shoot more often

Also, try to do the exact same thing every time over and over, i used to have my arrows go all over the place and it was because my d loop was too far apart, so i made it thinner and made the knock always stay in one spot, then i got way more accurate
