**3 Training Habits Sabotaging Your Muscle Gains** 00:00 - 🏋♂ A common frustration is putting in gym effort without seeing expected results, which might be due to certain training habits. 00:50 - 🔁 Habit 1: Sticking to the same training routine without progression can hinder muscle growth. To overcome this, incorporate various progression strategies, like changing weights, reps, or workout frequency. 01:59 - 🏋♀ Habit 2: Overtraining favorite exercises or muscles can lead to imbalances. It's important to train all muscle groups evenly and consider starting workouts with weaker lifts to ensure balanced development. 03:26 - 📺 Habit 3: Excessively watching fitness content without applying it in practice can be counterproductive. Ensure to apply knowledge gained from videos and focus on actual workouts rather than just consuming content.

I dint use shacks or needles abd I'm stronger in body mass than most of my friends with as much effort as possible for a clean build up. I sleep regularly and on time, exercise days a week and focus on eating as much protein in ny diet as possible. I can bench press 150kg with 3x sets of 15. I've been doing the gym for 16 years and Ive had a natural adaptation towards ny goals unlike friends which take some shackles and barely hit 105kg...

Should you not start your training with the heavy compound stuff vs your weakest lifts?
@Cat-fz1uu3 ай бұрын
I think what he's saying is that once you plateau you should switch it up and do weaker first. Maybe those weaker parts are hurting your compound gains. But if you're still progressing and happy then stick with what you're doing. (And yeah compound first is smart otherwise you're too tired)

I think you need to look into stretching and flexibility. There's a chance you're cranking exercises with your hand placement or forearms slightly crooked. Biceps shouldn't have much issue outside of Over training but if it always hurts you might be doing them at an angle.

why is it not?
3 ай бұрын
@@SMFizzy cuz you can do one more set without actually progressing. You can do even 50 more.if more set meant more muscle we would all needed 50+ sets per muscle. Only if you can do heavier weights or more reps with same weight than your last session means progressive overload. That means youre on the right track

lol
@tristanc21542 ай бұрын
Unless the comment is a joke, I can say that breathing the right way is a very important variable in workouts or even sparring. Some people tend to hold their breath while doing workouts, and it’s a wrong thing to do, your brain needs the air flowing in the blood, so that it doesn’t have too little oxygen to be supported by. Just breath as much as you have to, I like taking deep breaths in my push-up sections of workouts before I’m even tired, so I can have backup supply of oxygen until I become exhausted.
