Rice - 2 cups
Water - to wash and cook rice
Curd Rice - Fruit & Nut Recipe
Cooked Chawal - 1 ½ cup
Dahi - 1 ½ cup
Sugar - 1 - 1 ½ tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chopped Apple - ½
Roasted Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Chopped Coconut 2-3 tbsp
Pomegranate Seeds - 2-3 tbsp
Dried Mint - ½ tsp to garnish

Cooked Chawal - 1 ½ cup
Curd - 1 ½ cup
Salt - as per taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Chana Dal - 1 tsp
Peanuts - 1 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Curry Leafs - 1 sprig
Onion - 1 small, fine chopped
Carrot - ½ small, fine chopped
Beans - 2, fine chopped
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leafs - 1 tbsp
Salt - as per taste

Ghee - 1 ½ tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Chana Dal - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Hing - ¼ tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 2
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Green Chilli - 2 slit

Add some finely chopped ginger to the tadka and fry t to a crisp consistency..the ginger adds a heavenly flavour and slight crunch to the curd rice..and if u r going to pack some curd rice for lunch then always add milk to t..t ll prevent the curd rice from turning sour

4th way > Use last night or just left over rice, add curd, some salt and sided with freshly cut raw mango with salt in it > now take hand full of curd rice and take one bite of that mango and eat.. now you will feel like in heaven.😋
