Wao! Amazing !!!! I noticed that the more I have worked on healing and loving myself, the more aware I am becoming of my time . I am a people pleaser in recovery. Gave my time , my energy , and my money when I really needed it for me. The time one is a big one though! As we can’t get time back .

This is a good way to make ppl with cptsd feel even worse about themselves. Those that were verbally abused will turn the abuser into an inner critic. To tell someone they don’t love themselves just makes them feel more broken. It’s a brain injury that needs to be dealt with not some positive bypassing. This takes time and a lot of work and self awareness. I hope those that feel broken will learn nothing is wrong with them, but something happened to them. And you can heal with real information. I treat myself well, take care of myself and do stuff for my best interest like yoga and working out even when I don’t feel like it and it pays off over time! And meditation ❤ I also have never been a damn people pleaser lol if you owe me money I’m getting it back and if I don’t have shit to give I’m not gonna bend over backwards doing it… I think people like that are people who were raised without proper love maybe, always seeking validation
