put the video on 0.5 speed to take notes. that's what i did: 1. check hook 2. arm spin 3. snap down i broke down the movements based off of the positioning of my feet and arms with respect to that of my opponent. depending on whether you're orthodox or southpaw, how you will execute the above will be different. @fightTIPS, thank you for the amazing channel and videos! lots of love from Orlando, FL

dillon nolan throw a 2,1,2 (not for power but speed. I call it throwing sand in there face.) Immediately duck and pivot in the direction of your rear leg and throw a 2 with more authority. End result should be more or less you're opponent and yourself should have switched spots. There are a many different ways of getting off the ropes. This is just one. I can only tell you which one will be effective depending on your fight style. This combo works better if you have a little more speed and agility than most.
