Namaste. 1.For thicker eyebrows and longer eyelashes, apply castor oil to the eyebrows and lashes nightly to nourish and promote growth 2. It's generally recommended to consume 1 teaspoons (5 ml) of ghee per day as part of a balanced diet. 3. Aim for at least 30 minutes of brisk walking daily to promote overall health, including glowing skin and a flat stomach.
