Aside from the fatigue I think this was the main reason I wasn't able to move at the court today. Before I used to arrive early and do my warm up ritual. Today I didn't. It was a slugfest. Thank you for the reminders!

Great video, could u tell me advantages and disadvantages of high tension or low tension? And what tension u play at??
@CKYew
@CKYew 2 жыл бұрын
Ultimately its all down to personal preference, physical and technical ability. There's no right or wrong with string tensions, it's all down to personal preference. Tighter strings will feel stiffer and perhaps better control (some say). Softer strings will result in a slightly bigger sweetspot and easier power generation if you're not technically and physically strong. And as for me, I like my strings around 27 or 28lbs generally.

Great video. I've had a similar injury with a rotator cuff ( just a tear though) and realised the importance of strengthening and stretching that particular muscle. Try tying the band around both your wrist and pushing the wrist away from the body with your elbows tucked in. Hope that made sense. It really gets the shoulders fired up.

Can u make a video about yonex racket durability plz🥰 Have you broken any 2nd generation yonex racket?
@CKYew
@CKYew 2 жыл бұрын
I've never had any issues with genuine Yonex rackets or any other brands' durability as they never break unless you've had a clash or hit it against something hard too.

You did not touch the racket at all during the warmup session. How is this warmup relevant?
@CKYew
@CKYew 2 жыл бұрын
Great question! It's because the 'racket warm up' comes after this warm up routine. There also another list of exercises that we go through during our racket warm up before play so we are ready and zoned in!
