I just got back playing Badminton aftee 16 years of not playing (highschool to my 32 years of age). Been playing 2 months, it healed my inner child when back then I didn’t have the money and support to play the game. Now, I have my own business and I can play anytime and buy the things that I need to play. The thing is, I dont have a coach. And here I am, watching Badminton Insight to learn the basics. You guys are the best.

I do yoga to keep the injuries at bay. I do many of these stretches at yoga. It really makes a difference. My injuries are fewer and easier to heal. It's great that this video is focused on the muscles that get tight from badminton. Great job 👏

This such an underrated routine. At every end of the playing session we barely have time for them has we have to pack our stuff and leave the facilities. I got used to do some of them before going to sleep but what really helped me the most was running some Kathara level 2-3 techniques to refuel the whole body and energy layers during the night. One or two night sessions with the frequencies are not enough but it really helped me avoid some of those pesky injuries.
