The sauce used here is not your regular soya sauce. It is not salty, but rich in taste. You can buy it at your Asian market, but will cost six times more than your commonly used soya sauce.

Let say you open a shop a customer order a stir fried from you yeah so you have a boiling water then put the maggi in the boiling water while waiting the maggi to be cooked about proxy 3 mins then you take it out leave it out for few mins while you are cooking the items after that put the maggi into the pan then start cooking .. so that will cost you about 10 mins of cooking by than the customer is already complaining or you're gonna give a reason blench a bunch of maggi 1st then cook it true that will save you time but by than the maggi is cold and all the maggi noodles flavour will be gone .. Think wise boy ..
