Stop judgding the workout videos and let everyone have their own oppinion,just because you're lazy to follow the program,doesnt mean that the others wont see any results,its easy to sit from your couch and judge the workout videos like : Oh it wont work,the time is too little to lose weight in 30 months and stuff.Stop saying it doesnt work making the others lose hope for their weight loss,in general shut your mouth and let those who want to exercise do what they want.Amazing workout videos,ive seen dramatic changes to my body,and i suggest to do this while following many programs in the same time,meaning that you should workout with many other videos like this each day,then you will see results.Good luck everyone.

I've always enjoyed this workout. In a month(4 weeks) I've gone from size L/12 to size S/8. I also changed my diet, so I don't eat just anything and I dropped sugar out completely. These Befit workouts do work! I'm so much stronger, so much more energetic. People around me tell me I look great and I seem more positive and happy. Thank you for providing this on youtube BeFit!

It took me two months, but I finished the 30-day fat burn calendar and am now on my second round, trying to do two workouts a day. Not really losing weight yet, but I totally feel the difference in my energy, the amount of fat I'm burning and the toning in my muscles! Thanks!

I do Buns of Envy then this and cool down or do the Dynamic Strength by this group then Metabolic Booster then finish with their burnout cardio. These are awesome,super tough workouts but obviously you need to do more than 10 minutes. :)

Hi there, really love your workouts :) The only problem I have is that because of a knee injury I have to be careful of jumping. Is there anything I can do instead of the jumps which would give me a similar effect?

I have the same problem. Can't do the jumping jacks and high jumps of the other exercises without risking serious injury. So I try to mimic the rest of the exercise while leaving out the jumps and doing squats whenever possible to compensate. Of course, I'm fairly new to exercising with such intensity, so I actually have to modify almost this entire routine so that it's doable. Someday, I hope I can keep the same pace as the gals in this video, but it is going to take me a while, as I'm 57 and now weigh 217 pounds due to exercising - down from 230 and aiming for 150. :-)

it really depends on you but this is practically like HIIT(high intensity interval training) and just doing 10 minutes of this after a warm up helps boost the metabolism for the rest of the day( the after burn is what counts for these type of workout) and most people would agree that 10-15mins should be the max because this is physically hard on the body.

I do 6, 7 or 8 workouts a day, with little rests of 5 minutes more or less between them, and I also rest 2 days a week with doing nothing, only streching. I only have one problem, and is the pain on my lower back! What can I do?

hello, this might be a too late answe but i used to feel like that after crazy workout. it's because your heart rate is too high for too long. you should not pass the 80-85% HR for too long. i recommend you to use heart rate monitor to make sure you don't hurt yourself. if you keep up it will weeken your heart.

Search for BeFit 30 day fat burn on google. and there will come up pictures of the workout plan.
I don't think you can see "full results" from just "10 min, 30 day" especially if this was your 1st program. you need 8 week to 12 week to see good results! and you may need to increase the time workout. or start with this one for 30 days, and then go to befit 30 day extreme! hopefully you will see results!

You should start exercising 1-2h a day 5 days a week to get your body ready then start doing this 30 day challenge as well but do not stop doing your regular exercises. Then you WILL see results
