I tried this workout about a year ago for 30 days and I saw amazing results. Tomorrow I'm going to challenge myself into trying it again for 3 weeks (21 days, everyday). My current measurements are: Left thigh 61 cm and 50 above the knee Right thigh 61 cm and 49 above the knee Butt 100cm I am going to measure myself once a week . Can't wait to see the results 🤩

Apurbo Hasan Sajib Ive had cellulite problem and it does firm legs and buttock area yes and burns fat so works well with fighting cellulite. It also has some cardio exercise, so I think its a good combination for a short workout.

I did this a few months back and after the 30 days, I honestly noticed a HUGE difference. My thighs had never been smaller, and I had a small thigh gap. I mixed this workout with some pilates videos and a very healthy vegetarian diet. I felt amazing. Now I'm coming back to this workout because out of everything I've tried it makes me sweat the most, and it is the most effective.

I've been doing this for a month and I'm just finishing up with some days that I missed and I can honestly say I'm am noticing a huge huge difference! I was so insecure about wearing jeans because I had no thigh gap and I felt my legs were quite chubby but now I'm getting one and I can confidently walk around in jeans which is fab! THANK YOU so much, I'm going to carry on for another month till I get that full thigh gap. Definitely recommend! :) xx

Well I'm not sure if it will be different as were different genders but it made my legs a lot more toned and my bum for that matter. I have noticed a much bigger difference in my legs in the respect of loosing weight so If that's what your looking for its the perfect workout:)

Good easy workout - You are quite the strong motivator, however, the way you corrected the young woman behind you, surely would have humiliated the daylights out of her. Her posture was fine and she was moving well, probably within her own comfort zone I imagine and this is where beginners should start, as you surely understand - your voice and how you directed her was full of narcissistic overtone and as much as I enjoyed this quick session - I found your ego nauseating.

When a person is working out and trying to talk or instruct at the same time, everything in the body is being stressed, even the voice. When I am cleaning house hard I get out of breath and I sweat, you can see it in my face. If I am trying to talk while I am steady cleaning- or going for my evening walk- the other person who is just standing may ask If I am mad, lololol NO< its just me working and I am out of breath, but I have to keep moving so I can finish my work or walk ..Exercising brings out your endorphins and that makes you a happy person, so it would almost be impossible to be rude willingly.. I don't think she meant anything by it and the other lady working out herself knew that- as I'm sure she is used to working out and know where IF ANY tone were to come from is just being out of breath... If we are to do the exercise we have to get it right.. Besides Maybe what you saw was planned incase any of us were to get it wrong. I've seen shows where they rotate around and the instructor becomes the student, and the student becomes the instructor.. So no harm done.. Its all good, Anyway, now that the instructor has made it firm on how we are to do it , LETS DO IT!!!

Okay I gave this workout a whirl and it literally killed me. You would think less than 10 minutes would be easy but this is far from easy. I had to stop multiple times. I have ADHD and I struggle with lengthy workouts. I get bored easily and can't stay motivated to fight through a long workout. But this was quick enough that it kept me plugged in and I felt accomplished at the end for finishing.

Omg!! It was summer when i started this and i needed to make my legs thinner to go to the beach and within 15 days my legs looked awesome!!! I've been doing this for a week , feel better now , hope to expect a lot of changes in future ..... my upper body is slim but my lower body is not good & irregular due to big butt and fat thighs , I don't know how to shape them ..... by doing this exercise , will my lower body shape well & become slim ?????? And for how long should I do ????? Suggestions please .....!!!!!

Okay I'm going to give this a try! Dedicated to do 30 continuous days of this - will post results after 30 days. Feeling strong 😅 Day 1 - calories burnt = 98- okay so I've just finished day 1. I must admit I did stop a few times (that burn) tomorrows a new day hopefully I can take less "breaks" Wish me luck 💁🏻

day 11 done, I wasn't expecting any big results, because I was not eating just healthy food and I found some exercise very hard, but I can see some changes. I didn't lose much weight, about 1,5 kg, but I didn't expect that, my stomach, legs and butt is smaller and after few days exercises became much more easier and I enjoy doing them. I feel much more energetic I recommend doing them , it is quick and you will feel great :)

Yes I am and I look much skinnier, legs,but my Belly and I can see very small muscles on my belly, I feel much stronger, i recomend you to follow the calender, I did't expect that I'll like it so much and after those workouts I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 days shred and i already can feel stronger so the beginig is easier :)

Trail mix is very high in calories but a very small handful could be included in a snack. You need about 5 small meals a day consisting of 300 calories, including a balance of carbs, protein, a little **liiiittle** healthy fat (trail mix high in fat) and lots of fruits and veggies as a part of those meals, not in addition to but included within the 300 cal meals.. workouts like this daily, make sure your workouts target all major muscle groups through the week and include a bit of cardio, drink 90-120 oz of water a day (for average size women) and get enough sleep. The reason for the frequent small meals is so you are consistently not feeling hungry and to keep your system energized through the day without being weighed down by large amounts of food causing bloating and blood sugar ups and downs. You just feel a lot better and have more energy to do your workouts. Learning the basics of portions/calories is going to make this a lot simpler than it sounds. But this is what works to lose weight quickly, have energy and feel good without crashing or giving up. Just google ''300 calorie meal ideas'' There is no other magic system, this is it :)

Just finish all the 30 days and I am so happy because seriously it’s one of the hardest workouts I’ve done. It literally made me drip with sweat and it never got easier. “Find your inner ballerina” were the most petrifying words. BUT it really worked. Not only I got slimmer but I found that my legs got a prettier shape. I think it also had a huge effect on my hips and saddlebags. I will be definitely use this workout from time to time in the future. Also I thought that the presenter looks like teddy from grey’s anatomy😁

Raghvi Baunthiyal No desserts and sweets, only vegan ones, as they don’t have butter, flour and white sugar. Also no potato, mainly brown bread, pasta and rice and I try not to eat too much.
