Would love to try this. Did you just skip till exhaustion every day?

Generally it’s best to do it for 5-10 minutes for beginners for 3 days a week, until you can do it everyday otherwise you might get shin splints.

Yeah give it a try! Take care not to over exceed, I started with around 1000 skips and 12 min sessions and increased pretty fast. Warm up and work ok good form in the beginning! Definitely not until total exhaustion. Watch the full video on our channel and you will see all my statistics and the increase with it in daily basis!

Going till exhaustion is going to not motivate you to do it the next day, your body would need to recover.

Thats crazy how much skipping can do! Did u see any change in ur exercises (or anything) from skipping?

Yeah this challenge was fun and intense in many regards! Watch the full video on our channel as I give some more details about the positive effects in general. Especially my wrist was fixed after I’ve fractured it 6 months ago. Further I maxed out my condition, learned cool skills, lost weight and increased strength in shoulders, legs, arms and core. Thanks for your comment!

If i have knee issues and I've had a meniscectomy 2 years ago would jump roping be okay for me to do? I really want to get fit and i love Cardio!!!

Hi, Thanks for your comment! I guess in your case I would really propose to consult a specialist to double check if suitable as you really apply some load onto your knees and need to make sure that you don't injure yourself any further! Cheers

Not true I've been using crossrope for years and I've never had an issue

Did you do weight lifting? It looks like you did.

Thanks for your question! As part of the workout (crossrope app) there were body weight exercises implemented. As I’ve used weighted ropes, the training has probably caused an impressive effect to my upper body. However the weight loss defined muscles groups I guess. Due to my fracture I was cautious with adding any weights other than the rope weights.
