Well, I really got off track and now I need to restart the 30 days tomorrow. I need will power to just stick to it. I really do love eating this way. I just got off track feeding a family. I have so much weight to lose that sometimes it just becomes overwhelming to think about. I wonder if I’m ever going to achieve this weight loss!

Fantastic video dear Melissa! And a mention of how fantastic you are looking!So many questions answered and I feel ready to continue where I left off with clearer understanding. Also want to add that although to some people the food prep may be tedious, I tend to make so much at once that it can free up my time on for a few days😚my lazy but practical approach. Love all the inspiration thank you 🙏🐕❤

Hi Melissa, I've been a vegetarian since 1995, then vegan since 2010, and I've always loved it, but you're really teaching me about low calorie density eating. Do you eat flax/chia/hemp seeds for omegas, superfood/juiced greens powders, or supplements (B12 and D3)? Thanks!

I found this episode so helpful,just what I needed to hear. I have stumbled on a couple of occasions when I’ve given in to temptation by not wanting to offend someone, I realise that’s were I have to keep focused and politely refuse xx
