I did 205 squats for the first time and struggled walking, on my next leg workout I did 230 and could walk perfectly with only a little bit of soreness, you don’t have to do reps and split them into sets, all I can tell tho is that your lower back will be hurting only for a few minutes, but other than that I adapted easily in 2-3 days.

Imagine if he rested 3 days in between and added 50 squats every workout day. Then after a month changed the tempo instead of the reps. 30 days after that, change the range of motion, 30 days later change the type of squat

Try it by max rep range of 20 and 5 sets because of it goes over 20 reps its traning for muscle endurance

Would hit endurance range at around 15+. I started this today can’t lie it was fun, I did 20 by 5 but after a few days and the body getting used to the overload I’ll possibly go to 25 reps 4 sets. Doing 100’s of anything is a good way to build endurance.
