I needed to hear number 20. I feel like I'm in my self care, self improvement era, trying to be proactive and tidy and do my best for me. I just had a room mate move in and she is very much a do it later kind of person. But like that said, its because she's in a different place in life and I do need to do a better job of realizing that while I'm trying to thrive she's just getting out of survival mode and is likely doing her best with the mental space that she is in, in this moment. I definitely need to give her more grace. I needed to hear that. We all get there in our own time. I so appreciate and vibe with this list of habits. Like I'm there. It feels like you're reinfocing that I'm doing the right things and am on the right track. Thanks for the helpful tips!

What an inspiring video Sarah. 😊 These are great tips, some of which I already do - even if I’m really tired or feeling ill, I always clean up my kitchen before I go to bed. A similar tip I have is to always leave your house in a state that you would wish to come home to. Particularly on your days off when you might be going out for the day somewhere. Get the chores done before you go out as nine times out of ten you won’t feel like doing them when you get home. I’ll be trying some of your other tips, thanks. ❤

I work long hours so this year doing groceries twice a month. only buying perishables like fruits when it’s gone! precutting all veggies and freezing them. My smoothies now are packed into ziplock baggies and ready for each morning to dump into my ninja! Such a game changer. Sunday mornings I get up as if I was going to work and cook for the week and freeze some into ready to take containers I take both my lunch and dinner to work! Such a huge help so no cooking or washing dishes Monday to Friday. I wash my stuff at work right after I eat. Sundays I put all my gym outfits into one bag and leave at work (so I change at work before leaving for gym and I eat my dinner early at work then go to the gym. When I get home just need a shower! It’s golden! My coffee cup is at work / with all my supplies and every day I leave it ready for the next morning

Your lipgloss in the beginning is SO pretty! A good habit I’ve developed..after noticing how much sound affects me (gotta love aging) is always having ear plugs with me. Grocery store, unloading the dishwasher, cooking, car wash, mall, concerts, can be overwhelming with sounds and we don’t realize it. It’s really peaceful having ear plugs in. I also avoid tv commercials like the plague. They are nauseating and obnoxious. I feel like I’ll go insane with the constant changing of visuals and music. My goodness!!! Oh and here’s something else! I’m sure you’ve heard of fast and slow twitch muscles right? I believe this doesn’t only apply to physical exercise, but it also applies to the MIND. I have fast twitch. I can sprint super fast but I don’t have endurance. Similarly, I will happily clean everything in 5 minutes rather than take my time cleaning in 30 minutes. I can do it. It’s almost life changing to understand what kind of muscles you have , and adjust your habits to it.
