I drove from Newark New Jersey to McAllen Texas last month it was a hell of a drive almost made me relive it with ur vid. I crossed the states of New Jersey, Pensylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, virginia, Tennessee, Atlanta, Alabama, Mississippi, Lousiana and finally Texas. I made the same drive in circles when I entered Pennsylvania from New Jersey to avoid the toll 🤣, i thought it was a glitch on the google maps bc i was a little upset when i realized i coulda gone straight lol

You will find that the older you get, the less time you can spend driving in a single day. 10-ish years ago I could do 12, or up to 14 massively pushing it. Now I can barely do 10 on a good day. (It looks like I might be about 2x your age). I’d have to sit and think about how many cross/half-country trips I’ve done. It’s been more than a few. I tend to do hotel rooms right on the freeway 99% of the time. More $$, but also more predictable.

basically you pay to take a bridge or some other kind of road that the government paid for. So when you take the tolls you're paying the ppl who built it for using it
