I came across this KZbin channel to start using kettlebells and I'm so glad I did! This is by far the best place to find decent kettlebell workouts with helpful instructions given by such a smiley and friendly fitness instructor. I love your vocal instruction workouts! Even though I've been doing kettlebell workouts for several years, I still find your instructions helpful to check my form as I'm getting tired, and not get sloppy. Plus, your accent is lovely, and humor is motivating! "Think happy thoughts" during the side planks made me smile 😊 I would love vocal instruction even on the intermediate workouts, even if it were voice overs and not real time. Thanks for the workouts!

US girlie here! Did this while on vacation with no access to a gym and it went by so fast (except for the planks, those always seem like an eternity). Used a 15lb kettlebell throughout without any problems. Will be visiting your channel again! Thank you!

Great workout! Here's an idea for another one: Six KB exercises with 30 sec on/30 sec off for a total of five rounds. That way one can begin with a lighter bell and progress heavier as the workout progresses. Here is one I am going to do next using some of your ideas: (1) Curl to Press to Extend (2) Halo (3) Upright Row (4) Russian Twist (5) Goblet Squat (6) Two-Handed Swings. I will use a lighter bell (to warm up) in round one, go up a bell in weight for rounds two and three and progress to a heavier one for rounds four and five. As an older guy, it takes my body time to warm up and doing a progressive repeat workout really helps get me going safely and exhausted when done! It may not fall under beginner, but more intermediate. Thanks for all you do! ❤ UPDATE: I added a finisher to my workout that included a 1 minute snatch with 30 seconds each side!

Love this I am pretty new to exercise other than walking the dog - I’m 47 and strength training is needed - I have now done this three times 🎉 what of your videos would You recommend for a 3 times a week programme for strength and tone as a routine to follow x thank you for such great videos really easy to follow
