Great workout. If you could add more variety -for those of us who follow you daily- it'd be great. I'm trying to learn new exercises with kettlebells and you're one of the few instructors who regularly uses these great tools. Thanks for all you teach us!!

I searched Kettlebell workouts and this video was the first one. I truly enjoyed this workout! I was nervous with this being my first Kettlebell workout, but I was able to understand and execute every move. Thanks for this video!

This combination was a monster, i managed to do all of them except the burpees cause I just hate anything involving jumping but I managed all the squats and I can tell I’m getting better!! Thank you!

Yess I love that!! With the burpee you can step out and back in instead of jumping out and in! Well done 😊

Really terrific stuff. 60 y/o, left hip replaced last year. I sub in dumbbells for kettlebell and make some other mods. Great pace, music, variety and delivery. All the best to you with sincere thanks.

I'm just about to do this workout and realised I've never commented on any of your videos to say thank you. I discovered your workouts a couple of months before becoming pregnant with my second baby so didn't get to enjoy them for too long as i swapped to prenatal workouts. I can't tell you how excited i was to get back to these kettlebell workouts postpartum. It's been almost 10 months and you have really motivated me because your videos are so fun and time just flies by. I often do two together but when i'm pressed for time one video is enough to make me feel like i've done a really good workout. Thank you ❤

DAYUM!! 15KG for almost all but the overhead pulls then went to 9kg as that is the next smallest I have without breaking open the adjustable KB. Even then I challenged myself to do at least 15 seconds of 15kg overhead ext. What a killer workout. 147 avg HR, 172 Max, 7:17 Zone 5, 19:47 Zone 4!

Thanks so much Tanith, glad you enjoyed the workout and music! I WOULD LOVE to use that song however I am super restricted to the music I use and need to buy the licences. I can't find the licence for that song and its always a LOT of money! $$$ I am using epidemic sound and lickd to purchase music so if you see any songs you like on these platforms let em know and I will include them just for you! 😊

I love your workouts!! I find that my back starts hurting a bit. Is there anything you can suggest that I may be doing wrong?

Hi lovely, There could be many reasons why your back is hurting, without seeing your form it's hard to know exactly what it is. However, in my professional experience, when your core and glues start fatiguing your back will take over and thats when it starts to feel uncomfortable. The best thing you can do it strengthen your core and glutes, take breaks when you need to. You will get stronger over time lovely, keep up the good work.

Awesome workout, Roxanne! I still hear a crack when in my spine when I do left leg dead bugs and russian twists. But I heard you say those go away as you get stronger?? I've had it for my whole adult life, but now I'm excited to cross that milestone one day! =)

If you have clicking hips when you are going leg circles (core exercise) then the more you do the exercise the stronger you get the clicking can go away. With your spine however, this is different, I am not sure what cracking you are hearing? is it a pop or painful crack? x

@@WorkoutWithRoxanne not painful. Just a hollow clicking sound in my low back when I do left leg exercises. For example, when I do dead bugs, but only when I do my left leg.

I love these workouts so much! I usually just weight train. Anyone got advice on if I should do both and best way of do so? Kettlebell training doesn't fully replace it right? Are these workouts more for cardio, fat burning or hypertrophy?

Hey lovely, kettlebell training can be everything, cardio or strength. It depends on the structure of the workout and the weight you are lifting. Short rests, long work time would be more cardio, heavy sets and reps with longer rests can be strength training.

I would use kettlebells for a more functional workout and mix the session between strength at the start and functional towards the end of a workout.

Hey Roxanne, I’m Sangeeth( the 16 kilo kettlebell guy 😂) . I did this with a 12 kilo kettlebell for a change and the once monstrous 12 kilo kettlebell has been reduced to feel like 6 kilo since I’ve been working with 16 kilo kettlebell. I like your workout mat( it’s wide and big. I assume it is comfortable too, what is it called? Do you have a link to it where I can purchase this? I live in India)

I have a small room. Nice that i can get all this done in one spot. I will be starting in the am and picking up a heavier dumbbell today....i only have a 10lb one. Thats not challenging enough right?

I am using 22/26/30 lbs kettlebells for this workout. If you are a complete beginner it could be ok but if you usually train/lift weights it could be a bit light.💪🏼☺️
