Well, I had a good chuckle about the flat headed hair, I have been a hairstylist for 48 years and I always remind my clients, “ people see you going just as they see you coming”. It has been a big pet peeve of mine to see the uncombed back of the heads. Love this workout PJ and thank you again for the expert motivation.

I knackered the cruciate ligaments in my left knee at Christmas time tripping up some steps and my knee is still recovering. It feels the best it's felt in ages after doing this workout. It's going to be at least once a week from now on and I'll definitely do the rehab exercises more frequently than that.

I loved this workout. I have golfers and tennis elbow in both arms, so it was nice to do a workout without having to hold onto any weights. I have seen a physiotherapist but interested to know what worked for you when you had tendinitis.

On the second round of the “knee to wall” exercise in my mind I heard my inner 12-year-old voice saying in a whiny tone “but I don’t wanna do the wall.” Which determines that yes, I needed to do that exercise. Geez that was a tough one. When the description of the video says body weight, I know I’m in for a challenge.
