I REALLY LOVED THIS format. It was CHALLENGING and kept my HR up and pumping HARD. My favorite was the duck walk I was flapping my wings and my dog looked at me like I was crazy. 😂 😂

I'm turning 35 tomorrow, so I understand how you feel at 39:02, haha. But in that same breath, I'm so happy to still be alive and to be able to say that I've lived long enough to understand that feeling of aging. Thank you both for still pumping out amazing content for so long!

Not repeating the same moves really made this workout fun and exciting. especially compared to the much older videos. again, compared to the older videos, explanations are better and clearer. you know when to start along and when to alternate or how to adjust your form etc. been following you guys and have been working out with you guys over the years, since i was in high school actually. now my 30th birthday is coming up and I'm staying healthy and fit with huge help from you two. your monthly motive programs in the hasfit app make my workout journey so much easier. much love from Turkey

Love this one! My favorite workouts are the ones that don’t repeat the same exercise more than once. SO much more motivating for me to know once an exercise is done, it’s fully done. Keep these up!!

Great one, the higher & lower impact exercises + body parts are so well mixed up that I could really give everything during every exercise!! Oh and I wrote it before, but cannot say it enough: I LOVE your positive, supportive way of talking us through!! This has so much more impact on me than all that screaming + pushing some trainers do (while not even doing the exercise themselves ^^)! ❤

i loved this workout. Challenging but nothing to stress out my knees. Plus I was in a small hotel room and really appreciated it because I didn't need a lot of room or any equipment. It was also JUST the right length! Thank you so much!
