That was absolutely wonderful! I feel cleansed and rejuvenated. Isn’t Pilates just the most divine?! How else can one work up such a “glow” and still feel so calm and relaxed the whole time?? Beautiful!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us nicole. I‘m doing your workouts on a regular basis besides dancing for 3 Months now and I definitely won‘t stop. Pilates is so great for dancers and I love how you work like all those third layer muscles. I‘m getting stronger and stronger everyday and I actually see CONSTANT progress which means sm to me since I tried a tooons of workouts over the years to find that Pilates with you definitely is IT. Also, I used to never „only“ do 30 min Workouts because I felt like it wasn’t enough .. but sometimes after a hard day or whatever it is and with your routines even if it’s just 20 min long it feels so good afterwards. Feeling healthy and strong 💪🏼Pilates paired with dancing is just an amazing combo. Needed to get that of my chest because it means a lot to me, THANK YOU!

Very nice and challenging workout! Definitely broke a sweat! I really like the fact that you do cardioflows instead of just an entire class of pure cardio! Those exercises in between make things all the more enjoyable and allow us to recover energy for a better push on the cardioflows. Excellent as always, Nicole! Nicole, i just wanted to say thank you so much for all your videos. I have been following you for a few years now and out of all the pilates/yoga instructors i follow, i like yours the best. They are easy to follow, relaxing music in the background and i particularly like you don't over talk it and just prompt what's needed. This was a tricky one but i always feel good afterwards. I must have missed this the first time it was posted, but I'm so glad I've come across it now. I've spent the past five weeks trying very hard to incorporate cardio into my workout schedule, and your video archive has been integral to that. SO MANY cardio workouts! There is something different to pick from all the time, varied lengths....I always find. one that works perfectly for me. Thank you thank you! You have thought of everything, it seems!

I really wanted to give Pilates a try to become strong and flexible mainly, add alongside my strength and cardio training. Your workouts look truly the best and I love the way you guide us through the workout. Me being a beginner will give your January plan a go. There will be some positions I will not be able to get into but with practice I hope it will come, as that is the aim. Thank you so much for creating these awesome workouts.

this I'd my first time trying 5his, before I started with this channell I did cardio everyday, but if I'm being honest although doing this workout it was very challenging I sweated alot, definitely doing this again tmr

Wow this is really pure cardio you won't even notice the intense but you will feel the burn. I gave up half way through but will definitely do this again until I make it

Hi Nicole, I love doing your workouts! They're always so much fun and puts me in a great mood :) I have a question for you - my core is pretty strong but I can't manage to do roll-ups or bend over to touch my toes. I think my back is really stiff, do you have any tips?

Hi lovely! I'm so happy that you are enjoying the classes. It means the world to me! You could be right that your back is a bit tight or even maybe your hamstrings. Try incorporate some more hamstring stretches and forward folds to help increase flexibility and loosen the muscles up! Yoga is great for that. ❤️

As always loved this workout also. When I first started your workout I was quite. First because my muscles are not very strong and second of my age... I'm 62 years.female. But I'm being able to cope up and have started feeling much stronger than before. But this workout was very challanging for me. Thank you Nicole. God bless you for the good work you are doing.😊

Finished day 2 today. Yesterday I thought I didn’t do enough but boy I definitely felt it in my body this morning. Had to take a break during this one 😂 felt nauseous but I got right back to it to complete it once my body calmed down enough. This definitely whooped me. Love the workout as always. Especially your voice, Nicole. One question: I found the side angle glute/oblique/arm exercises painful on my shoulder (all the way around including biceps and neck).They start at about minute 20. It was somewhat of a relief to hold my arm upright, holding upright from my hand instead of my forearm. Is there a different adjustment I can make so that I can do it from the forearm position without hurting my shoulder? I'm guessing my positioning is off (or I just need more shoulder and neck strength!).
