Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us nicole. I‘m doing your workouts on a regular basis besides dancing for 3 Months now and I definitely won‘t stop. Pilates is so great for dancers and I love how you work like all those third layer muscles. I‘m getting stronger and stronger everyday and I actually see CONSTANT progress which means sm to me since I tried a tooons of workouts over the years to find that Pilates with you definitely is IT. Also, I used to never „only“ do 30 min Workouts because I felt like it wasn’t enough .. but sometimes after a hard day or whatever it is and with your routines even if it’s just 20 min long it feels so good afterwards. Feeling healthy and strong 💪🏼Pilates paired with dancing is just an amazing combo. Needed to get that of my chest because it means a lot to me, THANK YOU!

Your workouts look truly the best and I love the way you guide us through the workout. Me being a beginner will give your January plan a go. Hi lovely! I'm so happy that you are enjoying the classes. It means the world to me! You could be right that your back is a bit tight or even maybe your hamstrings. Try incorporate some more hamstring stretches and forward folds to help increase flexibility and loosen the muscles up! Yoga is great for that. ❤️

As always loved this workout also. When I first started your workout I was quite. First because my muscles are not very strong and second of my age... I'm 62 years.female. Love the workout as always. Especially your voice, Nicole. One question: I found the side angle glute/oblique/arm exercises painful on my shoulder (all the way around including biceps and neck).They start at about minute 20. It was somewhat of a relief to hold my arm upright, holding upright from my hand instead of my forearm. Is there a different adjustment I can make so that I can do it from the forearm position without hurting my shoulder? I'm guessing my positioning is off (or I just need more shoulder and neck strength!).
