After a couple years into my fitness journey I’m only now starting to feel brave enough to do workouts that aren’t just all standing. Floor work is super challenging for me! But I did this workout. I’m covered in sweat and had to do a lot of the modifications but I did it! Thanks Mik, your workouts have been a staple in my routine for a long time now ❤️

Realized I was 15 mins into the wrong workout we did on Monday! And quickly began this one..glad I did because I really enjoyed doing this leg workout. You have variety which is important to me because I can easily get bored of the same routine, and I really I also appreciate the way you explain how to use every part of whatever area we're working out to get maximum results and also prevents injury. ❤❤❤ thank you Mik! I have always had trouble with finding a workout where I can be consistent and look forward to. I am not a morning person but I am now getting up at 5:30am to make sure I get one of yours in! I am at the beginning of my health journey so I appreciate the modifications, but after just the 1st week challenge I am already feeling like I can do more weight and some of the movements that challenged me! Can’t wait for tomorrow’s! 🎉

I love the slower pace you use when doing these workouts, I have always kind of rushed through lower body work but doing it at a slower pace really works for me. And still getting a sweat on! I love your workouts!

Thank you! I have done A LOT of online workouts and this is great. I was able to add bands to make it more difficult. I love that different levels can benefit from the same workout with modifications. You have found the exact balance of music, timing, and talking. I felt challenged without stress. Perfect.

I've repeatedly injured the my quads/lats/hamstrings playing sports and clearly need to stengthen this area. This is a great all rounded workout that seems to hit all the major muscles. I'll be doing this routine again and again - thanks!

I'm so glad you encouraged us to try the non-modified version on the side plank with hips lifted - I tried it when you said and ended up finishing the move with hips up the whole way through! Definitely surprised myself 😊
