Take time out of your work day to enjoy this 30 minute yoga flow exercise. This yoga flow routine will help you feel revitalized to continue your work day. This yoga routine is best for intermediate to advanced yogis. It is a yoga flow, which means we flow from one pose to another without breaking or holding poses for very long. Always remember to breathe in something positive and exhale that which doesn't serve you.
What you will need: Yoga mat, water
