@@katski4372 Hi! For me this workout burnt around 335-340 active calories, but bear in mind that I'm over 6 feet tall and therefor weigh more than the average person, so seeing as I require more energy - I would also burn more calories than those shorter and lighter in weight than me :))

I love how this workout made my heart rate go up and let me burn 200 calories but still felt doable. I’m not completely drained of energy and never felt like I needed to give up. I love how I was able to give my all but still continue and make it through without stopping!

It took me a round to get the hang of it. I have really tight shoulders so if I want to get the same mobility, I have to use the momentum from my arms swinging downward and back up. Alternatively, I would do shoulder stretches before hand. Or if it's the just the rhythm that's the problem, practice will get you there!

Hi Natacha. Just wanted to say a huge thank you. I'm 32 and have struggled with the binge/restrict cycle for about 20 years. I've been to therapy previously and got some level of control over it, but something about the way you explain everything in your videos has finally made it click. I - probably like loads of other people - have never tried just eating a regular amount of calories. Always either 1000 and under or loss of control and 3000. It's so strange how you can't see what's right in fron of you sometimes, but your vidoes have cracked it for me. I've been eating 1900 calories consistently for two months and I feel amazing. I thought I was stuck forever. Thank you so so so so so much. I hope you get everything you ever dream of! Soz this has a vibe like you paid me to write it :/

I’ve fallen really out of shape recently, and this was the first time I’ve had to pause during a follow along workout you’ve uploaded. I’ve never failed to push through until now, and I’m really disappointed in myself. I used to be really really restrictive with my eating, but somehow even when I was exhausted from that I always was able to work out super hard. I’ve gained a lot (and I mean a LOT) of weight in the past few months because those restrictive habits morphed into bingeing, and I feel a lot of the confidence I gained from initially losing weight leaving me. I don’t want to be just another “diet culture failure” who suffers from an eating disorder, so I’ve tried to remind myself that as long as I’m generally healthy and athletic it’s okay. But soccer season has ended, I’m afraid to go to the gym cause of covid, and I’ve lost most if not all control when it comes to eating healthy. I don’t mean to rant or spread negativity, especially because your platform has been nothing but positive for me and many others, but I guess I just need advice or maybe community. I don’t know. I just feel really awful. I love these follow along workout videos and I hope they keep me inspired even when I’m feeling negative like I am today. Anyway, sorry again, and thank you for being such a positive content creator.

@@harshadaingle6883 It really depends on a lot of factors so it might not be so useful to compare yourself to others. According to my apple watch, three rounds of this burned 155 cals for me. I might be smaller, lighter and/or have less muscle mass than Kaitlyn so everyone is different. What we all have in common, is that we find this workout hard and effective :D

your workouts are my favourite because they make me feel like I get a bit of everything! a hit of cardio that helps me with stress, sore muscles the next day, and even feeling extra mobile in my hips and shoulders. I'm extremely thankful you make these!

i haven't started this workout yet, i'm just checking it out and came from a what i eat in a day video of yours and i noticed myself thinking, i want to do one of Natacha's workouts because she's so strong. Not because of how she looks but because of how strong and capable her body is! As someone who's been feeling a bit insecure about my body, i think that's a really great mindset that i have now, and it's due in huge part to just how you are

I seriously love your workouts. I've tried all kinds of different hiit workouts and always come back to yours. I always feel like it is a challenge but it's not the kind that your body is in pain 2 days later.After 3 kids, I just want to feel like myself and your workouts help me accomplish that.Thank you!
