Hey my friends! The music changes in the middle of this video for 2 minutes so that I could take out all of the adverts that the music labels inserted into my video, so that you could follow it without interruptions! That’s also why you won’t hear the countdown timers for 2 minutes but it means you get to follow without any ads! ♥️

I’ve been on a fitness journey for 3 years now, started when I was 13-14 years old weighing 202lbs/92 kilos, which is not good for a 13 year old. So I started working out and cutting out overly sugar things such as soda and candy. Instead I switched it out to frozen grapes with lime to get the sour flavor of my fave candy and dark chocolate for the sweet chocolaty flavor. Im glad to say I haven’t drank Coca Cola since 2017 and don’t plan to either. But that’s besides the point. I’m now 17 and I weigh 162 pounds and I’m 5’11/181 cm. So I’m in good shape now. But in my 3 years of working out, no exercise has made me feel this good afterwards. Don’t know what it is but I just feel so accomplished and so good after doing this. You’re an angel in disguise Natacha. Definitely my new favorite fitness KZbinr!! Edit: Just wanted to say that this exercise has made my glutes and abs POP. Not even kidding. My butt wasn’t the smallest before but it wasn’t lifted or sculpted at all, but now my butt is literally round. My line going down my abs has also become more defined, as well as the top abs are starting to show as well. Ive been doing this exercise for a week now, can only imagine what happens if I stay consistent.

I’m 51 years old and absolutely love your channel. Just recently discovered you and have been binge watching. I’ve been checking out a lot of the fitness channels to try and get back into shape. Just need to lose maybe five pounds but need to tone up. Your videos are by far the most well rounded no nonsense ones out there that I have seen. I will be following your advice over the others. I have to modify some things due to bad knees but I’m just gonna follow along and do what I can. Too bad there aren’t more young women like you making these videos. Most seem more into looking cute in their workout clothes than getting healthy and fit. You don’t see them getting their hair messed up and sweating. 😂 Nice job young lady! Kudos to you!

Hey Jennifer! That really means a lot to me and I'm so grateful for you taking the time to leave such a kind message. Rigorous Sports Science and Nutrition Science are the basis of everything I put out, and my biggest goal is to unlock the information that unfortunately doesn't make it's way from the scientific community to the broader population so that hopefully, staying healthy and feeling stronger doesn't seem like an impossible goal. This workout had no impact which hopefully helps a little on the knees, and I'll be doing my best to manage the level of impact I share in the videos I post in the next few weeks as I know some people prefer that for all types of reasons. Thank you again and I hope we get many more super sweaty workout videos together! 💃♥️

What I love about this workout is that you don't need a bunch of jumping exercises with 0 rest time in order to sweat and feel that burn. Love that this is "no noise". When you live in an old apartment and everyone is home (quarantined) then its not ideal to jump around on squeaky floor. But now I've done this twice and my wrists are the most sore part of my body. Im not used to do this many bodyweight exercises. Any tips on strengthen your wrists or doing the exercises in alternative ways? or should I just wait it out and my wrists will eventually not hurt anymore 🙈
@ciaoberry1234 жыл бұрын
make sure you spread your fingers evenly, so you better distribute the weight! Try to imagine the weight being on your fingertips as well as your palm. This tip helped me heaps when doing yoga so it hopes it helps you!

I have the same issue when I do yoga, I find warming up and stretching my wrists first helps a lot. There are some great videos on KZbin dedicated to this.

Get 2lt water bottles or can of beans and do 3 sets of 15 wrist curls. Google them
@izloves87844 жыл бұрын
definitely try stretching your wrists before the workout (I usually go onto all fours and fold each wrist forward and back individually) but it definitely gets easier the more you do! x
@sophieminter04 жыл бұрын
YESSS. My wrists have creases when I do the exercises that require a lot of my weight. Idk but maybe I'm doing it wrong if all my weight is going to my arms.

I have done this workout quite a few times now and I must say - this is definitely my favourite yt-workout ever! The no repeat, the creative (but not to hard to understand) moves, the music, no talking, everything!!! And I feel I am getting stronger too! Wishing and hoping for a slightly harder 2.0 version sometime, eventhough I love your other workouts too! I hope you are well, and great job everyone for making it through this workout!!!

this has been my absolute bodyweight home workout!! As someone who basically exclusively lifted weights in more of a 'bodybuilding' fashion for the past couple years, I was surprised over how much I would enjoy this and be challenged by it! I love how different the moves are but still doable for someone who is new to this style fo training AND i love how low impact it is for someone with weak knees. Have been trying a few bodyweight home workouts this quarantine but i always go back to this one! Thank you Natacha!!

Hey Natacha! I love your 15 and 20 minute HIIT workouts where you do the exercises in real time with the timer. It’s a lot easier to stay motivated when I see you struggling along in the 30-45 second bursts of intensive movement. I love your training guide HOME but I find it harder to do when there’s not a follow along video of the exercise with the timer counting down. Do you think in the future you will create a program with each workout recorded like this one so we can do it along side you? I’d love to see some future content of workouts with the resistance bands as well. Thanks girl!

I absolutely LOVED this and was drenched in sweat by the end. My only criticism would be break up the legs/shoulders, I felt myself getting close to muscle failure too much and it'd be nice to use differently muscle groups more alternately so that it's easier to keep good form

My thoughts after this workout: you are amazing! This was amazing! Seriously though, doing it made me feel sooo good and even though it was hard at times it was such a happy-hormone-producer which is exactly what I needed before my period! Can't stress enough how good you're workouts are, if someone is reading this not sure if they should try it I'd say absolutely go for it, you will be soooo happy afterwards ❤

This is my favourite of all your videos - I love that you don't repeat exercises or use "cop-outs" like splitting exercises into two for each side. The timer makes it easy to follow. I've tried using your instagram videos but I prefer this format where the video shows you exactly how long to do it. You can just put it on and not pick up your phone again for the rest of the workout. Thanks so much for making these!!!

I was pretty sure I hated this when I was doing it, but an hour later feel great and energized. Before covid I was a daily gym person(not going back until I have a vaccine), but got really sloppy with my routines. I had to do some modifications as a couple of the exercises didn't seem physiologically possible LOL, and pause to take a couple breaks longer than 15 seconds which made this survivable.
