And I’ve seen a lot of your older content, and the consistency of your encouragement and positivity is just one of the reasons why I love these videos. But hearing that little snippet of annoyance took my appreciation for you guys to the next level! These workouts got me through 2020 and 2021!! I lost 27 lbs in that time!! Unfortunately I’ve gained some weight back but I know if I did it once, I can do it again! I’m back to build a healthy lifestyle in 2025 and maintain it!!

On this day - 2025 - 01 - 05 - also one of my favorites. I'm 50 and the pauses in between the sets gives me more time to pick up the different weights without pausing the video. YES - I've discovered with age I do move slower. But I did it!!
