Loving this challenge so far. I have to do some of the modified moves to not jump for cardio (tmi - to not leak 💦) I have been doing high protein keto for the last 6 mo and just this week switched to ketovore to see how that goes until thanksgiving. Can already feel more energized and looking forward to see what results transpire with this challenge. Thanks for all the great workouts. Hope you have a good day!

Loved this session - ❤ had everything in perfect proportion- only just managed 2kg thou on the bird dog/tricep extension/shoulder press as didn’t have 1kg to hand😂 only half kilo on ankles which is fine for me. I’m still coughing but on the mend & don’t seem to have lost any strength or fitness👍😊💪. 🙏Jacinta some great combos
