I loved this workout. I love how you explain each movement and then stop talking until the next movement. The movement is soothing and not too loud. Best of all, the workout is challenging even though it's 17 minutes. Keep up the good work. From Georgia, USA.

LOL that balance and tricep extension work was fun to try. and i was only using 1kg dumbbells (call it the beginners adventure). FYI my balance is crap and i had to keep tapping the ground to reset

Its nice that its only a 17.5 mins workout, for me it b3comes 20 mins, i had to take breaks. How often can I do this video? ❤ In 10 days I did this 6 times and still hard and work breaks.

That’s a great effort! I don’t see why you couldn’t do it many times. I would suggest balancing it out with some floor core work too!
