Hi Vera, I love your workouts. Some of them look decevingly simple but so effective. But I see you are doing push ups on your knuckle. Is there any benefit compared to the one on the wrists? I'm still struggling with push ups though either way. My wrists are a bit weak so will knuckle push ups be easier or harder? Tq

Whew! That was a great workout, and I particularly liked the second set of exercises. All were good, of course, but that section felt very Pilates reformer-like.

I enjoy all of your workouts! How do you get the definition in your abs? I have definition in back, arms, legs, but not in abs. You can see the muscles if I tighten muscles.

So glad you’re enjoying the workouts! Ab definition is all about the diet & having a low enough body fat percentage that your abs are more visible. We all have a layer of fat covering our internal organs - which is normal. Mine don’t show up all the time either - some days I look much leaner than others, which is ok! Also always important to keep your core tight during all exercises - this is where a lot of ab strength comes from.

Interesting that you did most of the exercises on your fists. Sounds like you suffer from wrist issues? I have to do all push-ups, planks on my fists too because of my D'Quervain's condition (can't put pressure on my palms). 🙁

I used to have pretty bad wrist pain. But, has gotten a lot better with better control and awareness. I’ve learned to better distribute my weight through my fingers, which has helped a lot! Hope you can get some relief as well 💜
