Excellent, challenging workout! I have been working out with Isa "internationally" for the past 1.5 years. My core is so strong, Isa! I used to really struggle to build my core strength. Very thankful for you and your programs ❤

I messed around and walked into the wrong class and was too embarrassed to leave. 🤕😂 This was definitely not the beginner's sessions I've been taking! But I made it damn't! I made it!

Wow this one was so good ! I've never been so much relaxed by a down dog than with this last one ! And I was oddly relaxed by the Dark Vader sound in the background ! Thank you Isa 🙃

Now this is the tone I need to be working towards Isa! I barely made it through that but I definitely will need to be doing this more often. Thank you for another wonderful class. I will be doing more intermediate classes to build my strength.

And here i was about to ask for more intermediate classes since i improved my strength with you after few months of regular practice. 30min but feels like your regular 15-20min class. It was hard but so satisfying!! Thank you again !

First non beginners class but I made it!!! And I'm beginning to really enjoy table top??? Once you have a little strength its actually quite calming
