Fantastic HIIT session Chris and Edi! 🔥 Very happy to report that this is the first workout I've done in almost two weeks! Since my left pointer finger has been healing up remarkably fast and in stable condition I've been resuming doing bodyweight/no equipment based workouts. Will cautiously wait a bit longer before I'm utilizing weights but it's a relief nonetheless to get a good workout in after so long! ❤

Love this one..Great for rest day when upper body (biceps, triceps, ..) is tired and sored after a stenght workout the day before.. And I adapt for my taste: 40s work - 20s rest. Thanks ☺
